19 Inch Tires

Since the high level of performance is important when choosing 19 inch tires, our online store offers a wide variety of options designed specifically for high speed, fuel efficiency, heat resistance, and grip. We have summer-only rubber designed for trouble-free operation and excellent handling when the temperature of the road surface increases. Our performance tires with tread patterns arranged for supercar-level performance can help you leave your competition in the dust. Also, here you can find all-season performance tires with deeper treads and cold-temperature resistance, tires formulated for racing applications with tread patterns designed to grip on the wet racetrack, and much more.

If you live in the area with the cold winter season when the roads are mostly covered with snow and ice, you cannot do without tires specifically designed for snow conditions. They feature innovative, flexible, and grippy compound and improved tread pattern with serrated sipes to ensure excellent traction even on soft snow. For better grip on black ice, you can get your winter tires studded. Note that not all states permit the use of metal or rubber studs and not all winter tires are molded for them. To extend the service life of your tires, don’t forget to rotate them according to your vehicle manufacturer’s recommendations.

99 Camaro SS
I have owned this Camaro SS since new. It was ordered with the SLP exhaust option and the 17" Chrome ZR wheels. After using up the original Goodyears, I put on Avon(acutally Cooper made) tires stock size with mixed reaction. Great grip at first but eventually the faded away. I now have the Continental tires listed on the car and they have made quite a difference. Great overall handling and ride quality. I personally like the asymmetrical tread design on this tire, and other Continentals I have had. Looks like they cost more but I think worth it.

Understanding Tires

There is a lot of information on the sidewall of a tire. Typically, you'll find UTQG ratings for treadwear, traction and temperature, the size of the tire, the load rating index number with a speed rating index, the construction type (bias or radial), the D.O.T. compliance code, and construction details. On some tires used as original equipment, you may also find a marking that indicates its OE status.
