Having a ready supply of diesel fuel in your pickup bed can be the difference between keeping your equipment operating and making money, and downtime running your equipment to the filling station. We can supply you with fuel transfer tanks specially designed for truck beds, in a range of capacities, and in shapes that will provide the most efficient use of the bed, as well as pumps to transfer the fuel to your equipment.

Our tanks are intended for the transport of non-flammable liquids (diesel fuel, with a flash point well above 100°F, is not flammable, but is combustible) and constructed from thick aluminum or heavy gauge steel. Aluminum tanks have a diamond plate pattern exterior with a bright or black finish, while all steel tanks are powder coated white or black. They come in 36 to 200 gallon capacities, in square, rectangular, vertical, and L-shaped configurations.

The wide range of capacities and tank dimensions allows you to choose the tank that best meets your equipment’s fuel requirements, and fits in the available space you have in your pickup bed. L-shaped tanks are specially designed for use with a crossover tool box, for the most efficient use of bed space, and we also offer combo tanks that come with a tool chest already bolted onto the transfer tank. All tanks feature internal baffles to add strength to the tank and to prevent fuel from sloshing and moving too quickly, which could upset balance and cause pressure to build within the tank.

All tank seams are precision welded, and feature mounting tabs so the tank can be secured to the truck bed, as well as drain plugs and vented caps. Some tanks are available with locking caps. To transfer fuel from the tank to your equipment, we offer both electric and manual fuel transfer pumps. The DC electric pumps come in several different gallons per minute pumping rates, and must be connected to your truck’s 12V electrical system. The manual pump is capable of delivering 10 gallons per 100 revolutions of the hand pump.

In addition to tanks and pumps, we also offer other accessories to meet your fuel transfer needs. A fuel flow meter can be installed on the electric fuel pump to keep track of the amount of fuel being pumped. The meter is powered by two AAA batteries and displays flow rates from 3 to 30 gallons per minute. If used for diesel and biodiesel, the meter is accurate within ±5%. The meter should not be used with water or other chemicals. We also have replacement fuel tank vented caps, with and without the threaded neck.
