Titan Fuel Tanks
Originally based in Idaho Falls, Idaho, Titan Fuel Tanks engineers and manufactures a broad scope of ultra-durable, extra-capacity aftermarket fuel tanks for trucks, including Ford, Chevrolet, Dodge, and GMC vehicles. Right from the get-go, the developers of Titan Fuel Tanks have been designing lightweight fuel tanks that both fit fine and, what’s not less important, double the fuel range of a vehicle without sacrificing valuable cargo space in the truck bed.
Actually, Titan Fuel Tanks was given birth in 2003 as an answer to the frustration experienced by the diesel truck owners who found themselves spending hours searching for the next diesel stop, and thus limited as to destination. For those traveling fair distances or towing trailers, this meant more extra stops and filling up at the closest stations where the fuel often costs a bomb.
Titan Fuel Tanks has been thriving for so long not just because it’s an innovator in aftermarket fuel tank design, but also because its products deliver years of reliable service, thus making every trip a world of comfort and delight. And that’s where the statement ‘Don’t let your fuel tank plan your trip!’ is absolutely true and appropriate. Each Titan fuel tank is made from military-grade, high density cross-linked polyethylene (aka XLHDPE), which is one of those space-age materials ensuring awesome performance in extremely high or low temperatures.
Thanks to the excellent properties of XLHDPE, Titan items are chemical resistant and very durable, which makes them virtually indestructible for years of sustained reliability. The term ‘cross-linked’ means that the molecular ‘chains’ of the polymer are chemically bonded together, forming a continuous three-dimensional structure. This allows the impact energy to be dissipated throughout the chain of molecules. Titan fuel tanks neither corrode nor create condensation, which makes them perfect solutions for bio-diesel applications.
The engineering staff at Titan employs leading-edge technologies in the design process, including 3D computer aided design (CAD), 3D scanning, and finite element analysis (FEA) to ensure that the products they manufacture meet the highest industry standards as well as expectations of savvy and demanding end-users. Furthermore, Titan products are fully compliant with CARB regulations (California Air Resources Board). Considering its relentless pursuit of excellence and continuous improvement, the company is truly a big player in the automotive aftermarket industry.

I installed the tank myself and love the way it fits so well in the truck. The instructions are good, the kit was complete and the installation was simple. Everything I needed came with the tank.

I travel a lot and the additional range is important to me. I especially like the longer range with no cans or tanks cluttering up my pickup bed. So I purchased Titan tank for my long bed GM truck with Duramax engine and liked the tank just fine. When I heard about your new Super Series tank for my vehicle, which even holds seven gallons more (62 gallons total), I decided to try one and like it even better. I would be happy to recommend your product to everyone who wants to get the most out of their truck.

We have been traveling around the country for the last 5 years with a Ford F-350 diesel, pulling a classic car in an enclosed trailer. The biggest problem we've encountered was the time lost with extra fuel stops. Our short bed truck had a limited range of 250 miles due to the stock tank in the truck. Our solution came from Titan Fuel Tanks. Titan offers a replacement 50 gallon tank for our truck that's an exact replacement fit. We have now increased our miles between refueling to 500. This allows us the ability to refuel in states with a lower fuel tax and stop for fuel when we want, not when we have to.

I like the durability and quality of the product. The material you use is exceptionally rugged and strong. Also, the poly-construction prevents any corrosion from damaging the vehicle's fuel system. I live in an area in Canada that sometimes sees temperature extremes and the Titan fuel tank performs well in the hottest summer or coldest winter. To increase capacity while maintaining excellent vehicle ground clearance is an important feature, when so many customers spend a lot of time off-road.

This tank was a perfect fit for my 08 GMC. This was one of the best mod's I have done to this truck. This Titan is a must for towing your RV. The added fule range now is remarkable. All the OEM gauges work except the miles to empty on the on board computer. But that's not a problem since you doubled the fuel just double the miles til empty. I might add I've had this Titan in for 2 years now without any problems...
