About
I have been obsessed with all things automotive since I was a kid, and this passion led me to pursue a degree in mechanical engineering. While obtaining my master’s degree in ME from Miami University, I worked as a technician at a local shop for seven years while building my own drag car, learning the ins and outs of vehicle performance, diagnostics, and repair.
After working as an engineer for a few years following graduation, I just couldn’t scratch the automotive itch, so I shifted gears and became an automotive journalist. Working for various outlets and sites over the years including CarStuff, CarDigest, and TopSpeed, I’m here at CARiD Drive to report on some of the biggest automotive news stories, check out cool projects and builds, and simply be part of the automotive world that I’ve always loved.
