Features
- Built from 100% recycled high density polyethylene co-molded to a steel sub frame (most of the steel is also recycled).
- A true engineered deck load rating of 2,000 lbs. Note: If you drop a cannonball onto the deck, the DECKED unit will probably be damaged - just like your existing truck bed would be. DECKED can handle 2,000 lbs., but be sensible about it.
- DECKED standard bed unit weighs ~220 lbs, shipping weight is ~240 lbs.
- No drilling needed; unit attaches to the existing tie-downs in your truck.
- Precise fit ensures minimal gaps between the deck and sidewalls of your truck bed.
- Drawers are engineered to hold 200 lbs. each while still rolling smoothly and easily.
- Oversized cast aluminum handles make it easy to open the drawers with one hand...wearing gloves.
- Full bed-length drawers roll smoothly in dedicated channels on sealed bearing wheels. Drawers DO NOT fully extend, they extend 48". This is a safety and ergonomic feature.
- Drawers are weatherproof, keeping your gear dry.
- Drawers can hold ice to keep your beverages cold (drain plugs sold separately).
- System height: 12". Height of truck bed wall varies by manufacturer. Take measurements to ensure compatibility with other accessories like canister-style/roll-up tonneaus, etc.
- Ammo cans provide four areas of additional storage on either side of the wheel wells, flip the lids and you have eight beverage holders or a handy place to store nuts, bolts, or screws when working on or near your truck. Ammo cans are not designed to be weatherproof or locked.
- Stainless steel edge guard/ruler and a vert end guard/bottle opener.
- DECKED can handle UV light, moisture, and extreme heat or cold.
- Once assembled, system can be removed in about 30 minutes.

The deck is made from recycled high density polyethylene (HDPE), which represents the ultimate in impact-resistant, weather-proof materials, co-molded to a 40 lbs. steel sub frame. As a result, you get a combination of materials that will last the lifetime of your truck. 2,000lbs. deck load rating lets you load it up and get the job done. Its two massive, secure, weatherproof, full bed-length drawers give you limitless organization and storage options. Each drawer is rated at 200 lbs. of capacity and slides effortlessly on four oversized, sealed-bearing wheels riding in dedicated channels. Each drawer can be customized to accommodate your needs. The system allows you to get your gear without having to crawl or reach into the bed. Load the drawers up full and you can still operate them with only one hand.
Four ammo cans support the deck, provide additional storage capacity and enable access to your bed's tie-downs for easy, hassle-free installation. Ammo can lids flip over to reveal drink holders, or can be used to organize small items like screws, nuts, and bolts while working on or around your truck. This storage system also features edge and end guards that protect its ends and offer measurement scaled and a bottle opener. The system is incredibly easy to be installed, no drilling or screwing is required.
