A V6 engine was implemented for the 1995 model year, finally bringing the Accord more on par with domestic mid-sizes. 2012 Honda Accord Unveiled

The Japaneese automaker Honda reveals its 2012 Honda Accord at the Geneva Motor Show. The 2012 Accord comes as a two-door coupe and four-door sedan.

Under the hood the improved version has a 2.2-liter i-DTEC 4-cylinder engine producing 150 horsepower. The engine is paired with six-speed manual or automatic transmission. The vehicle features reduced carbon emissions and increased fuel efficiency. Honda created the new Accord 2012 model that is much more eco-friendly than its predecessor.

New Honda features modified grille, clear headlights, and bumpers that give it sportier appearance. The lights are now bi-xenon featuring active cornering technology.
