Feels like its quality material that is very durable. Easy to install in seconds. Elastic that stretches right over filter. Hard to determine if it really is water resistant b/c I haven't got any water on it that I have noticed. Good investment if you want to keep your filter clean from dirt. Would be nice if it came for free when you purchase the intake.
