But like anything that gets used regularly, over the years wear and tear can take their toll and you can end up with a cover that doesn’t latch, fasten or seal as well as it once did. We have the special hardware required to mount a tonneau on particular applications. If you want power operation and/or a power lock for your hinged hard shell tonneau we have actuators and complete kits. If you have a retracting tonneau cover and want to increase your truck’s utility with an above the bed rack system we have the mounting tracks that can be retrofitted to your cover as well as the towers and cross bars. Whether it’s for work or play, trucks get hard use, and that includes the accessories mounted on them. Our tonneau covers are made tough, but after many years and miles, and hundreds of openings and closings, the latches may not latch properly, buckle strap may not buckle, and struts may no longer provide support. We’ve all been spoiled with power operated everything on our modern vehicles, with power windows, locks, steering columns, seats, etc. On most cars the trunk can be opened with the touch of a button and even average SUVs have power tailgates, so why shouldn’t your truck have a power tonneau lock or power tonneau cover? After mounting a simple installation kit you can “pop” your hinged tonneau open remotely from an included key fob. We can also supply you with power lift actuators that bolt right on in place of your hinged tonneau’s gas struts, so no drilling or vehicle modifications are required. We also have complete deluxe kits that include a motor control unit, the necessary wiring and relays, and multi-function keyless remotes for one-touch express opening and closing operation.

While a tonneau cover will protect cargo and your truck bed from theft and the weather, it may be a waste of time and money to install one if that cargo is left to slide around the bed and become damaged, and scratch and dent the bed. And specific items are hard to find when gear is loaded that way. You can further protect your cargo and make things easier to locate with our cargo organizers. We have a large selection of tool boxes, bed pockets, cargo bars, cases, and bags to organize your cargo, protect it from damage, and make it readily accessible. If you like the convenience of a bed mounted tool box, we offer models that mount under the tonneau cover for added security. These boxes can be positioned at the front, middle, or rear of the bed and leave the truck bed floor free for cargo.

Our cargo bars and dividers confine cargo to specific areas of the bed, to prevent damage or separate it from other cargo or the rest of the bed. We offer a model specific cargo divider system designed for use with certain model retractable tonneau covers that can be positioned every 3 in. along the truck bed. It includes adjustable tie-straps to secure small items and can be easily removed if room for large cargo is needed. We also have universal bars that are expandable to fit different bed sizes, with ratcheting mechanisms to maintain tension, and rubber ends to hold the bar in place without damaging the bed finish. Bed pockets, trays and luggage saddle bags mount in the bed and keep items protected, organized and readily accessible, so you can lay your hands on them when needed.

For even larger storage needs, the cargo sling clamps to the bed rails (no drilling required) and has numerous interior and exterior compartments for organizing cargo. The swing case is specifically designed for installation under a tonneau cover and installs easily to the side of your truck bed with the included hardware. It’s a sturdy ABS plastic composite case that can hold up to 75 lbs. of tools, roadside emergency gear, tie-down straps, chains, gloves, supplies, etc. The lid locks with the included key and storage trays are supplied for small items. The swing case stores behind the wheel well out of the way, and swings out over the tailgate for easy access to your gear. And if you need use of the whole bed, the swing case lifts easily from the hinges for removal.
