Truck Bed Lights

Most pickup trucks have a cargo light on the back of the cab that’s supposed to illuminate the bed. These lights are generally not very bright and not much help when you’re searching for something in the dark, and they’re completely useless if your bed is covered by a tonneau cover or bed cap. Instead of using a flashlight to hunt for stuff in your pickup bed, you can brightly illuminate the entire box so you can see all your gear, under cover or on the blackest night, with our LED truck bed lights. They’re so useful, affordable and easy to install, you’ll wonder why you didn’t get them sooner.

All of the truck bed lights we offer have high-tech LED bulbs. LEDs are ideal for this application. First, they’re very bright, so you’ll get plenty of the illumination you need. Their compact size enables them to fit neatly under the bed rails. If you drive over rough roads or go off-roading in your 4x4 pickup, LEDs will be unaffected because they’re insensitive to vibration. LEDs typically last 50,000 hours or more, so durable you’ll most likely never have to replace them. Finally, they’re very efficient, so you’ll get long life from the batteries in the battery-powered kits we offer.

Truck bed lights are the smart way to see inside your truck bed. With bed lights there’s no need to fumble with flashlights and you’ll have both hands free for handling your gear. If you only use your bed occasionally we have bright yet inexpensive AA battery powered LED light strips that attach securely to the bed wall with 3M adhesive. Because no wiring is required, these lights are also ideal for boats, sheds, trailers, anywhere you need bright, easy to install and efficient illumination. We even have battery powered LED lights with a motion-sensor that turns on the lights automatically – no need to try to find the light switch in the dark. When no motion is detected for 1 minute, the lights are turned off to preserve the batteries.

If you like the convenience of wireless lights, we also offer a powerful rechargeable LED light that outputs over 500 lumens of intense illumination. The cradle for this light mounts easily anywhere in the bed, including the underside of a roll-up tonneau cover bow. The light has a magnetic base for attachment to the cradle, but this feature means it can also serve as a portable light that can provide illumination for many other purposes. Attach it to the underside of the hood when checking fluids, to the fender when checking tire pressure, or to the bumper when hitching a trailer. The light’s lithium-ion battery recharges through your truck’s 12V accessory port and it features an indicator to let you know when the light is fully charged.

Our range of 12V powered lights includes LED light strips as well as pods with multiple LED bulbs. These lights come in different lengths and some can be connected in series so you can illuminate any size truck bed. We have lights with built-in switches that can be turned on and off in the bed, and lights that can be wired to come on with the courtesy lights. Some lights have a delay feature that turns them off automatically after 15 minutes. Most attach easily to the bed with 3M adhesive. For illumination with custom effects, choose a color or multi-color light kit, which includes a remote control for changing light color. Some of our truck bed light kits are completely waterproof, so you can mount them with confidence even if you don’t have a tonneau cover or truck bed cap.
