About Mercury Wheels
Mercury is recognized throughout the industry for offering models that boast solid dependability with a luxurious flair. Founded in the late 1930s by Ford Motor Company to bridge the price gap between Ford and Lincoln brands, Mercury gained momentum going into the 1950s as a pop-culture favorite after its Eight model was driven by James Dean in “Rebel Without a Cause." While typically providing higher levels of luxury than sister Ford models offered, Mercury designs such as Cougar, Marauder, Sable, Tracer LTS, and Capri convertible have distinguished themselves as uniquely attractive models in the market place as well. For any of these or other models, we have a variety of Mercury wheels that come in a range of sizes and styles.
If you are restoring an old classic, we have rims with authentic looks and high-strength constructions achieved thanks to the use of modern-day manufacturing techniques. And if you are after custom looks, we have wheels with intricate spoke styles and eye-catching finishes. Today’s aluminum alloys and advanced production methods like flow forming and low pressure casting allow for creating rims that are much stronger than the designs of old. Many of them are specifically built to handle the wildest of trails, so if you own an SUV like Mountaineer that you plan to upgrade for 4x4ing, we have the wheels and tires that are up to the task.
