About Mercury Wheels

Mercury is recognized throughout the industry for offering models that boast solid dependability with a luxurious flair. Founded in the late 1930s by Ford Motor Company to bridge the price gap between Ford and Lincoln brands, Mercury gained momentum going into the 1950s as a pop-culture favorite after its Eight model was driven by James Dean in “Rebel Without a Cause." While typically providing higher levels of luxury than sister Ford models offered, Mercury designs such as Cougar, Marauder, Sable, Tracer LTS, and Capri convertible have distinguished themselves as uniquely attractive models in the market place as well.

When it comes to custom wheels, CARiD offers a wide selection - each with a high level of style befitting your Mercury car or sport utility. So whether you seek classic style wheels to enhance the look of your vintage Cougar or wheels that increase the gravity of your Grand Marquis or Mountaineer, you’ll find all the choices you need here on our website. No matter what designs, sizes, colors, and shapes you prefer in a custom wheel, if it’s out there on the street then you’ll find it in here. Mercury is a registered trademark of the Ford Motor Company, which was founded in 1938 by Edsel Ford, the son of Henry Ford. It was established in order to sell entry-level luxury cars, which combined the features of Ford-branded regular models and Lincoln-branded luxury vehicles. Starting in 1945, this trademark was part of the Lincoln-Mercury division of Ford. The majority of the models produced by this division were constructed on the same platforms as Ford models. The Mercury brand became popular thanks to the high performance and good level of comfort of their vehicles, which were available for reasonable money.

The suspension system isolates the chassis from many shocks and vibrations coming from the road surface. On the one hand, it allows occupants to feel comfortable during a ride. On the other hand, it prevents many damages to various structures, mechanisms, and electronics of the vehicle. If any part of your car's suspension system is worn or broken, replace it with the new one as soon as possible to avoid more serious problems. Our online store offers a huge array of Mercury suspension parts, which include sway bars, ball joints, control arms, shocks and struts, and many other components available at moderate prices.
