The free space within our cars is very limited. When you decide to travel to a ski resort or go on a hiking trip, even the most spacious vehicle won't be able to accommodate all the necessary gear. Aren't you tired of trying to stuff your snowboard or skies into your Acura and then constantly worrying that the sharp edges will damage your upholstery? And even if you manage to fit everything inside, you won't have enough space for the people!
The best solution to this problem is, of course, mounting most of your gear on the outside of your vehicle. One of the ways you can do that is by installing one of the Acura trailer hitches that CARiD has in stock. A trailer hitch receiver is a great place for you to mount bike, ski or snowboard carriers. These carriers can hold up to six pairs of skies or four snowboards if you have installed at least a Class II Acura trailer hitch. If you are not going biking or skiing, you may attach a transporter combi cargo box to the hitch receiver. The cargo box can carry up to 150 lbs of cargo and won't interfere when you want to open the trunk of your car. Overall, the Acura trailer hitches are a great investment which will broaden your options when it comes to carrying a lot of cargo.
