Terms and Conditions
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and starts on the date of purchase. Provided all warranty conditions are met, Tyger will replace the defective component or product. Tyger may require the original product to be returned for examination. Tyger reserves the right to substitute or provide other remedies than those listed in this warranty for discontinued products or other reasons.
Tonneau Cover
This warranty covers all components of Tyger tonneau cover products against defective materials or workmanship for the duration stated below provided the product is properly installed per Tyger instructions and with Tyger approved parts and hardware. The warranty is valid only for Tyger covers purchased through an authorized dealer, anyone who purchases through unauthorized sellers should be aware that used, incomplete, or defective products are not covered under this warranty. The warranty is non-transferable.

Additional Conditions
The warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, unreasonable or improper use, neglect, improper service/installation/removal, modifications, acts of God, normal wear and tear or other causes not arising out of defective materials or workmanship. Interference of this product with other installed accessories or trailers is not covered under this warranty. Consequential and incidental damages are not covered under this warranty.
The following conditions will void the warranty:
Wind whip damage: Cover must be secured at all appropriate points when the vehicle is in motion; unsecured cover will flap and may damage the product and the vehicle.
Improper use of clamps: Clamps must be tightly secured so that clamp lips tightly grip the inner bedside metal surface. For folding tonneau covers, rear latches must be stowed in the closed position before folding the cover; failure to do so might puncture the vinyl.
Driving with the cover open (unsecured): Both safety straps/buckles must be secured when the cover is folded/rolled all the way back to the cab, however it is not recommended to drive with the cover open at high speed.
Overloading of cargo: Loaded cargo must not touch the cover at any point. Do not put any weight on top of the cover.
Opening cover without removing debris: Cover surface must be free of all foreign materials, such as snow and ice, before opening the cover.
Improper cleaning: Normal soap and water will be sufficient to clean the vinyl. Do not use automatic “brush-style” car wash. Do not use abrasive chemical cleaners that contain silicone; the chemical will dry out the vinyl and make the threading brittle and more prone to breakage.
Improper storage: When not in use, store the cover in the provided storage bag in a dry environment.
Fender Flares
This warranty covers all components of Tyger fender flare products against defective materials or workmanship for the duration stated below provided the product is properly installed per Tyger instructions and with Tyger approved parts and hardware. This warranty is valid only for Tyger products purchased through an authorized dealer, anyone who purchases through unauthorized sellers should be aware that used, incomplete, or defective products are not covered under this warranty. The warranty is non-transferable.

Improper installation: Only follow the approved installation procedure and use parts and hardware as per provided instruction. You must periodically check all components for tightness to ensure the flare is properly secured to the vehicle. Failure to do so may cause damage to the product and the vehicle.
Improper cleaning: Normal soap and water will be sufficient to clean the flares. Do not use automatic “brush-style” car wash. Do not use harsh abrasive detergent to clean the flare.
Scratching and paint wear: Dirt or debris may become lodged between flares and vehicle's fenders causing scratching and paint wear from vehicle vibration. Tyger is not responsible for any such damage, and the installation is done with buyer's understanding that this damage may potentially occur.
Armor
Tyger offers the original purchaser a 5-year warranty on its Tyger Armor running board against manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship, and finish under normal use. This warranty does not include damage resulting from road hazards such as gravel or other debris, product misuse, improper installation, impairments from accidents, product modifications, improper repairs, spills, vandalism, product neglect, or acts of God.
Riser
Black E-coating finish: 5 years
Tyger offers the original purchaser a 5-year warranty on its Tyger Riser running board with Black E-coating against manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship, and finish under normal use. This warranty does not include damage resulting from road hazards such as gravel or other debris, product misuse, improper installation, impairments from accidents, product modifications, improper repairs, spills, vandalism, product neglect, or acts of God.
Stainless steel finish: limited lifetime
Tyger offers the original purchaser a limited lifetime warranty on its Tyger Riser running board with stainless steel finish against manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship and finish under normal use. This warranty does not include damage resulting from road hazards such as gravel or other debris, product misuse, improper installation, impairments from accidents, product modifications, improper repairs, spills, vandalism, product neglect, or acts of God.
Hitch
Tyger offers the original purchaser a limited lifetime warranty on its Tyger Hitch products against manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship, and finish under normal use. This warranty does not include damage resulting from road hazards such as gravel or other debris, product misuse, improper installation, impairments from accidents, product modifications, improper repairs, spills, vandalism, product neglect, or acts of God.
Blade
Tyger offers the original purchaser a 5-year warranty on its Tyger Blade running boards against manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship, and finish under normal use. This warranty does not include damage resulting from road hazards such as gravel or other debris, product misuse, improper installation, impairments from accidents, product modifications, improper repairs, spills, vandalism, product neglect, or acts of God.
Bike Rack
Tyger offers a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser of the product.
This Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Improper assembly
- Improper maintenance
- Normal wear and tear
- Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the product as sold
- Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
Paint/ finish
Additional Conditions
This limited warranty is made only to the original owner of a Tyger product as purchased from Tyger or an authorized Tyger dealer. It shall remain in force only as long as the original owner retains ownership of the product. This limited lifetime warranty is not transferable. Should the product or any part be determined by Tyger to be covered by this warranty, it will be repaired or replaced, at the sole option of Tyger, whose determination will be conclusive and binding. This limited lifetime warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or to claimed defects, malfunctions or failures that result from abuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper maintenance, alteration, collision, crash or misuse. The products have restrictions on their use which are clearly specified in the instruction manual included with each product. Failure to understand and observe all of the instructions included with the product may damage the product and can cause serious accidents leading to injury or death, and in all cases will void this warranty.
Chrome Trim
Tyger gives this limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser of the product. The warranty will cover Tyger chrome trim products against manufacturing defects that may cause the product to peel off or rust. The manufacturer’s liability under this warranty is limited solely and exclusively to the replacement of defective products. In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for labor, installation, reinstallation or any other charge related to defective products. This limited lifetime warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or to claimed defects, malfunctions or failures that result from abuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper maintenance, alteration, collision, crash or misuse. If you live in an area where salt or other harsh chemicals are used for snow and ice removal, it is very important that you keep the product clean. If you allow salt and other harsh snow and ice removing chemicals to stick to the product, this may cause the product to rust prematurely and will void your warranty (warranty will be voided under product neglect).
