      TERMS AND CONDITIONS

      The warranty applies only to the original purchaser through the Authorized Resellers with original order receipt and it is not transferable. Providing all warranty conditions are met, TYGER will either replace the defective component or product. TYGER may require the original product to be returned for examination. In such a case, TYGER will provide a return authorization number which must be written and clearly visible on the outside package. TYGER reserves the right to substitute or provide other remedies than those listed in this warranty for discontinued products or other reasons. A return authorization number must be obtained from their customer service department prior to returning any product.

      TONNEAU COVER

      Warranty covers against defective materials or workmanship on all components of TYGER tonneau cover products for the duration stated below provided product is properly installed per TYGER instruction and with TYGER approved parts and hardware. Warranty is valid only for TYGER covers purchased through an authorized dealer, anyone who purchases through unauthorized sellers should be aware that used, incomplete, or defective products are not covered under warranty. The warranty is non-transferable.

      TYGER T1 (Roll Up) - Limited Lifetime

      TYGER T2 (Low Profile Roll Up) - Limited Lifetime

      TYGER T3 (Soft Tri-Fold) - Limited Lifetime

      TYGER T5 (Alloy Tri-Fold) - 5 Years

      ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

      The warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, unreasonable or improper use, neglect, improper service/installation/removal, modifications, acts of God, normal wear and tear or other causes not arising out of defective materials or workmanship. Interference of this product with other installed accessories or trailers is not covered under this warranty. Consequential and incidental damages are not covered under this warranty. Follow conditions will void the warranty:

      1. Wind whip damage: Cover must be secured at all appropriate points when vehicle is in motion; unsecured cover will flap and may damage the product and the vehicle.
      2. Improper use of clamps: clamps must be tightly secured so that clamp lips tightly grip the inner bedside metal surface. For folding tonneau covers, rear latches must be stowed in the closed position before folding the cover, failure to do so might puncture the vinyl.
      3. Driving with cover open (unsecured): Both safety strap/buckles must be secured when cover is folded/rolled all the way back to the cab; driving with the cover open at high speed will void the warranty.
      4. Overloading of cargo: Loaded cargo must not touch the cover at any point and do not put any weight on top of the cover.
      5. Opening cover without removing debris: Cover surface must be free of all foreign material, such as snow and ice before opening the cover.
      6. Improper cleaning: Normal soap and water will be sufficient to clean the vinyl. Do not use automatic “brush-style” car wash. Do not use abrasive chemical cleaners that contain silicone; the chemical will dry out the vinyl and make the threading brittle and more prone to breakage.
      STAR ARMOR

      Tyger Auto offers the original purchaser a 5 year warranty on its Tyger Star Armor running board from manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship and finish under normal use. This warranty does not include damage resulting from road hazards such as gravel or other debris, product misuse, improper installation, impairments from accidents, product modifications, improper repairs, spills, vandalism, product neglect, or acts of God. The original purchaser must provide proof of purchase such as order ID.

      BUMPER GUARD
      • Black E-coating finish: 5 year
        Tyger Auto offers the original purchaser a 5 year warranty on its Tyger Guard with Black E-coating finish from manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship and finish under normal use. This warranty does not include damage resulting from road hazards such as gravel or other debris, product misuse, improper installation, impairments from accidents, product modifications, improper repairs, spills, vandalism, product neglect, or acts of God. The original purchaser must provide proof of purchase such as order ID.* Stainless steel finish: limited lifetime
        Tyger Auto offers the original purchaser a limited lifetime warranty on its Tyger Guard with stainless steel finish from manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship and finish under normal use. This warranty does not include damage resulting from road hazards such as gravel or other debris, product misuse, improper installation, impairments from accidents, product modifications, improper repairs, spills, vandalism, product neglect, or acts of God. The original purchaser must provide proof of purchase such as order ID.
      TYGER BLADE

      Tyger Auto offers the original purchaser a 5 year warranty on its Tyger Blade running boards from manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship and finish under normal use. This warranty does not include damage resulting from road hazards such as gravel or other debris, product misuse, improper installation, impairments from accidents, product modifications, improper repairs, spills, vandalism, product neglect, or acts of God. The original purchaser must provide proof of purchase such as order ID.

      RISER

      • Black E-coating finish: 5 year
        Tyger Auto offers the original purchaser a 5 year warranty on its Tyger Riser running board with Black E-coating finish from manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship and finish under normal use. This warranty does not include damage resulting from road hazards such as gravel or other debris, product misuse, improper installation, impairments from accidents, product modifications, improper repairs, spills, vandalism, product neglect, or acts of God. The original purchaser must provide proof of purchase such as order ID.* Stainless steel finish: limited lifetime
        Tyger Auto offers the original purchaser a limited lifetime warranty on its Tyger Riser running board with stainless steel finish from manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship and finish under normal use. This warranty does not include damage resulting from road hazards such as gravel or other debris, product misuse, improper installation, impairments from accidents, product modifications, improper repairs, spills, vandalism, product neglect, or acts of God. The original purchaser must provide proof of purchase such as order ID.
      BIKE RACK

      Tyger Auto offers a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser of the product

      WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

      • Improper assembly
      • Improper maintenance
      • Normal wear and tear
      • Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the item as sold
      • Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
      • Labor charges for part replacement or changeover
      • Paint/ finish

      ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

      This Limited Warranty is made only to the original owner of a Tyger auto PRODUCT as purchased from us or an authorized Tyger Auto dealer, and it shall remain in force only as long as the original owner retains ownership of the PRODUCT. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is not transferable. In order to exercise your rights under this limited warranty, the PRODUCT must be presented to Tyger Auto, together with proof of purchase such as order ID, which identifies the PRODUCT by model number and serial number (if available). Should the PRODUCT or any part be determined by Tyger Auto to be covered by this warranty, it will be repaired or replaced, at the sole option of Tyger Auto, who’s determination will be conclusive and binding. The original owner shall pay all labor charges connected with the repair or replacement of all parts. Claims made outside the USA may be subject to fees and additional restrictions. This limited lifetime warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or to claimed defects, malfunctions or failures that result from abuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper maintenance, alteration, collision, crash or misuse. The PRODUCTS have restrictions on their use which are clearly specified in the instruction manual included with each PRODUCT. Failure to understand and observe all of the instructions included with the PRODUCT may damage the PRIDUCT, and can cause serious accidents leading to injury or death, and in all cases will void this warranty.

      CHROME TRIM

      Tyger Auto gives this limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser of the product. The warranty will cover Tyger chrome trim products to be free of manufacturing defects that may cause the product to peel off or rust. The Manufacturer’s liability under this Warranty is limited solely and exclusively to replacement of defective Products. In no event shall Manufacturer be liable for labor, installation, reinstallation or any other charge related to defective Products. This limited lifetime warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or to claimed defects, malfunctions or failures that result from abuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper maintenance, alteration, collision, crash or misuse. If you live in an area that uses salt or other harsh chemicals for snow and ice removal, it is very important that you keep the product clean. If you allow salt and other harsh snow and ice removing chemicals to stick to the product, this may cause the product to rust prematurely and will void your warranty (warranty will be voided under product neglect) PLEASE KEEP THE PRODUCT CLEAN OF SALT AND OTHER SNOW REMOVING CHEMICALS.
