OEM Single Mass Clutch Flywheel by RhinoPac®. Step Type. Flywheel Tooth Number: 164. Size: 14.25" Ring Gear OD. This flywheel will help you restore your vehicle's original drivability as it is made to exact OEM specifications but with enhanced durability over the stock unit. Each part is dynamically balanced to virtually eliminate vibration and maximize performance.

Restoring the flywheel’s disc contact surface to make sure it is smooth and flat is part of a complete clutch replacement job. However, some flywheels may be cracked, grooved, or warped beyond resurfacing and some shops may not have the right equipment to do a proper job. Don’t take a chance with your vehicle or risk having to do the job a second time; get a new RhinoPac flywheel. Each new flywheel is designed and manufactured to OEM specifications using premium grade iron, and includes a new ring gear and dowel pins if equipped. Each flywheel is dynamically balanced to prevent vibration, and because it’s brand new, no core is required.

The RhinoPac warranty period begins with the purchase of a new Complete Clutch System (consisting of a clutch kit, hydraulics, and flywheel) and is valid only to the original purchaser of the following products:

The Clutch System and the component parts included are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and service. Each OE Plus Clutch Kit is warranted for twenty-four (24) months or twenty-four thousand (24,000) miles (40,000 kilometers) - whichever occurs first - from the date of installation if not purchased as part of a Complete Clutch System

PERFORMANCE PLUS CLUTCH SYSTEMS INCLUDE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

PERFORMANCE PLUS CLUTCH KITS

FLYWHEELS
The Clutch System and the component parts included are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and service. Each Performance Plus Clutch Kit is warranted for eighteen (18) months or eighteen thousand (18,000) miles (30,000 kilometers) - whichever occurs first - from the date of installation

CLASS 4, 5 and 6 CLUTCH KITS are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and service beginning on the verified installation date and ending (12) months othereafter

CLASS 7 AND 8 CLUTCH KITS are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and service beginning on the verified installation date and ending twenty-four (24) months thereafter

LIFT SUPPORTS are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and service beginning on the verified date of purchase and ending after twelve (12) months

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?

Accident or collision
Improper use, installation, maintenance, or service
Combination of the product with other third-party products which fail
Abuse, misuse, modification, or neglect
Failure to follow directions
An act of God (such as a flood, chemical fallout, salt, hail, or other environmental conditions including natural disasters)
Installation or use on vehicles used for powersports, off-road, or racing purposes where such product is not intended for powersports, off-road, or racing purposes
Installation or use on vehicles used for marine purposes where such product is not intended for marine use
