    • The RhinoPac warranty period begins with the purchase of a new Complete Clutch System (consisting of a clutch kit, hydraulics, and flywheel) and is valid only to the original purchaser of the following products:


      OE PLUS CLUTCH SYSTEMS INCLUDE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

      • OE PLUS CLUTCH KITS
      • HYDRAULICS
      • FLYWHEEL
      • The Clutch System and the component parts included are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and service. Each OE Plus Clutch Kit is warranted for twenty-four (24) months or twenty-four thousand (24,000) miles (40,000 kilometers) - whichever occurs first - from the date of installation if not purchased as part of a Complete Clutch System

      PERFORMANCE PLUS CLUTCH SYSTEMS INCLUDE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

      • PERFORMANCE PLUS CLUTCH KITS
      • HYDRAULICS
      • FLYWHEELS
      • The Clutch System and the component parts included are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and service. Each Performance Plus Clutch Kit is warranted for eighteen (18) months or eighteen thousand (18,000) miles (30,000 kilometers) - whichever occurs first - from the date of installation

      CLASS 4, 5 and 6 CLUTCH KITS are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and service beginning on the verified installation date and ending (12) months othereafter


      CLASS 7 AND 8 CLUTCH KITS are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and service beginning on the verified installation date and ending twenty-four (24) months thereafter


      LIFT SUPPORTS are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and service beginning on the verified date of purchase and ending after twelve (12) months


      WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?

      • Accident or collision
      • Improper use, installation, maintenance, or service
      • Combination of the product with other third-party products which fail
      • Abuse, misuse, modification, or neglect
      • Failure to follow directions
      • An act of God (such as a flood, chemical fallout, salt, hail, or other environmental conditions including natural disasters)
      • Installation or use on vehicles used for powersports, off-road, or racing purposes where such product is not intended for powersports, off-road, or racing purposes
      • Installation or use on vehicles used for marine purposes where such product is not intended for marine use

    • Strongarm gas charged Lift Supports are intended for use ONLY in motor vehicles as set forth in the Strongarm Vehicle Application Listing of this catalog. Use in any other applications is improper and may lead to malfunction and serious personal injuries.

      With respect to any application other than those listed therein, the manufacturers make no express or implied warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

      When used in accordance with the Strongarm Vehicle Application Listing, AVM warrants the Strongarm Gas Charged Lift Support against any defects in manufacturing or workmanship for a period of 12 months from installation.

      AVM warranty is limited to the replacement of the unit. There is no obligation to replace a pair as a result of the failure of one unit. Cost of removal and installation is not included in the Warranty. Subject to Commonwealth or State Acts or regulations, all other warranties, conditions and liabilities on the part of AVM Industries and its Agent are hereby excluded and confined to the above Warranty Statement; for any warranty implied by law, the liability of AVM Industries Inc. U.S.A and its Agents, will be limited to the replacement of the products, excluding costs of removing and installing the replacement products.
