Bulb: H13 (9008) high/low beam (not included). SMD halos offer an intense appearance and a bright output. Can be clearly seen during the day and at night. These are the most popular to date.

Oracle Lighting® - Headlights Installation Instructions

Oracle Halo Kits are the single most head-turning modification you can do for such a small investment. Throw out what you think you know about Halo lights because you have not seen anything until you have seen a set of Oracle Halos in person. These Halos utilize the latest technology and can be seen vividly even in direct sunlight. Regardless of what you drive, Oracle has a Halo solution for you.

Oracle LED (SMD) Halo Kits use High-Powered Surface Mount Diodes to produce brilliant luminescence that is easily visible even in direct sunlight. These LED Halo Rings are composed of a 6-Layer circuit board which give the ring a rigid structure. The rings are powered directly to 12V power without any inverter or other external device. These rings are also available in ColorSHIFT which can change into hundreds of different colors.

Great Customer Service, Ok Product
The headlights themselves, and especially the halo rings are extremely bright. Installation was very easy, in fact it took less than one hour. I had some quality issues with the first set (water intrusion), but Marge Marzov in customer service was able to get a new set to me relatively easily. The replacement set has had no issues. Overall, this has been a great experience, and as I stated, Marge was tons of help. CARiD's customer service gets five stars, but the product only three given the quality issues on the initial set.

Outstanding Lights!
I ordered these headlights because I didn't want to try my hand at installing the Oracle halo kits myself. The light output of these halos is astonishing to say the least. They are very bright and can easily be seen during the day. One thing that I love about these that was unexpected is the light is emitted in such a wide angled beam from the halos that I actually get light going to the side of the truck. So when I take a turn I can see where I am turning even if the street is pitch black. These headlights were expensive but after seeing the results I would say it was money well spent. I hope these hold up for years but the Dodge headlights are notorious for sun fading. I guess only time will tell.

Junk
Top halo quit working after installed 4 months. Bottom halo quit a few days later. These lights were expensive, I thought for the price that they would have been better quality.

Angel Eyes Are Cool.
These look awesome. I haven't seen another like it. The headlights are exactly the same as the ones l had but the rings, WOW.

These Are Excellent
Brought my 2011 Jeep Liberty right up to date. I put the smalls on with the ignition and the outers on with a separate switch. As they're too bright for dusk and night traffic. They light up the whole street. Highly recommend these lights. Great job.

Awesome!
Looks great! Fitment was a bit odd but not that bad. Halo wiring was easy but I don't understand why they just didn't wire it to the running lights that they also manufactured. It would have been a no-hassle install. You would simply have to mount the resistor is all. Which the instructions also never mention what to do with.

Very Nice
These are actually factory headlights with the kits pre installed. You could take your headlights apart and install the kit. Either way, this setup is way cool. It updates my 2011 Jeep Woody. Very bright. I run the small ones all the time and the big ones on a switch. I highly recommend these headlights. Wire and all it took my shop 5 hrs of labor.

Very Sharp Looking Lights
Lights look great they really turn heads when driving down the road. Install wasn't to bad removed grill and lights came right out and back in.
