Product Details

Installer Series Exhaust Systems by MBRP®. The Installer Series from MBRP brings you the best in high-quality construction: these reasonably-priced systems are manufactured on the same tooling and with the same processes as MBRP's Pro Series stainless steel cat-back systems, but from a far less expensive industry-standard aluminized steel.

You can expect these aluminized steel pipes and mufflers to fit just as precisely, and to deliver the exact same compelling sound and performance increases as the Pro Series, at a substantially reduced cost. The first thing you'll notice will be the rich, mellow sound delivered by the chambered muffler. The second thing you'll notice is the improved performance as lowered backpressure and improved scavenging let your engine deliver more power and torque. The third thing you'll notice is more money in your pocket after you fill up.

With all the tubing mandrel-bent without reducing its cross-section, and every bend made to the minimum bend angle, MBRP exhaust systems can substantially reduce backpressure through the system. You don't need to expend horsepower forcing exhaust gases through a pinhole, and improved scavenging of those same gases means more mixture drawn into the cylinders for more power. It's a win-win deal. The muffler is a chambered muffler, not a short-lived glasspack that will get much louder if it ever gets wet inside. MBRP engineers all of its systems to fit perfectly the first time. You'll be able to install your MBRP exhaust system with nothing more than simple hand tools.

Best Decision Ever!!
When I got my car at first I just threw on a universal muffler and that’s it.. years later I’ve been looking for more style.. and this caught my eye.. ordered it and it got here a week earlier then expected and I dropped it off at my local exhaust shop.. wow it looks 10 out of 10 and the boost in power is no joke.. you definitely feel a difference. So definitely BEST DECISION EVER!!

Nicely Built But Loud
This exhaust is very well built and installs quite easily in the truck. The only issue is the volume. It was marked as medium for noise but this is way louder in the vehicle than the stock Nissan system. The Nissan system is quite loud under throttle but this exhaust "drones" very loudly at travel speed. If you are looking to find something less loud then a system like the Magnaflow, this is not it. If you are looking for a great replacement that is well built and would like a louder system, I would recommend this all day long.

In fact...
It's not what I expected, it could have been better in quality and appearance.

Exhaust
Exhaust is good and easy to install only reasoning for giving 3 stars is due to advertised black when ordered when arrived exhaust was not black. Still good exhaust just be careful if you are wanting black it may not arrive black

My Mechanic Says, "That's a Good System!... We Cant Get Systems Like This for Less Than $1000.00."
I bought this system to replace old rusted cracked 'factory' one-sider exhaust from cat-back for PA inspection... I live in rusty PA you see. It came at a good price and quality. Yes, I need new cat connection bolts, and front hanger, but system installed just fine my mechanic and son commented. They also said they cant get a system like this for less than $1000.00 from a "parts store", so I gave them all the info in case they need to order systems for other customers on-line. Love the sound!! ... low rumble, BUT not too obnoxious... I'm sure it will get a bit louder with "age". Hope it does actually. LOL!! System LOOKS GREAT with those polished stainless tips out both side exits too!! Thanks... would buy again, and WILL recommend to any Silverado owner looking to upgrade their exhaust. Thanks... Sounds Mean!
Definitely made my Silverado sound mean. The clamps provided don't quiet seal the exhaust so I have some leaks that I purchased other clamps to take care of. Overall it fits great and installs within an hour, and that was me doing it on the shop floor with jackstands. The clamps needed to hold the exhaust to the converter was rusted so I replaced it and have no issues with it. It has a slight incab drone but not to bad.

Not Bad!!
I've had this system on my 2014 Sierra now for about 2 months and this is a nice system. At start up she'll bark at you but down the road it's just a mellow low tone. Couldn't be happier.

Great
Great exhaust. The quality of welds and the metal seems solid. I had to cut a pipe shorter than the directions said but its still a great exhaust. If I can put it in, anybody can. The sound is deep and loud, but not too loud. I love it.
