Product Details

Black Series Exhaust Systems by MagnaFlow®. These premium line exhaust systems for diesels with particulate filters include mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing, optional muffler delete pipes, band clamps, and MagnaFlow welded inter-cooled tips – All covered in High Temp Satin Black Ceramic protective coating.

Fitment of MagnaFlow DPF diesel exhaust systems does not affect the parts of the exhaust system that are regulated by emission control legislation. They improve performance by providing a better gas flow behind the Diesel Particulate Filter. The stainless steel pipes in a MagnaFlow System are mandrel bent, keeping their shape through the bends to avoid obstructions to the gas flow. The MagnaFlow System improves exhaust scavenging, which ups horsepower and torque.

The gases are led into the free-flow mufflers with smooth necks and a straight-through, perforated stainless steel tuning pipe. The pipe is wrapped in a stainless mesh wrap and surrounded by tightly packed acoustical fiber in a lap-joint welded stainless steel body. The muffler is finely tuned to dampen irritating pitch notes and to deliver that smooth, deep and powerful tone that is so characteristic of MagnaFlow exhausts. The quality materials and the tight packing of the acoustical material ensure long life and no sound degradation over time.

Extremely Disappointing
I would rather be on my death bed with the coronavirus then buy this system again. If you are looking for a system to beef up your sound this is not the system for you! If you want a black exhaust then save your $570 and spend $10 buying some high heat gloss paint. Want a bigger tip? Save your $570 and just add a tip to your stock exhaust. This system does absolutely nothing for sound or performance. It tells you to remove the muffler in the directions but the 2 extender pipes would never be long enough to make it to the DPF. Then systems clamps to your muffler and looks cute at it's best running to the back side exit of your truck. Save your money on this one!!

Excellent Phone Service

2004 RAM 3500 2wd
Did this in my driveway one man. Took me a day and a half to cut the stock pipe from the cat pipe back off. Had to manage how I cut it because it’s a little lower but I have a 3 level on it. Ended up cutting it in 3 pieces. Then used a helper to install the magna flow adapter back to the end of the new muffler to hold. All and all it’s good.

So Far So Good
Was a bit louder than I expected when first installed last year but now just sounds fine and is working fine with no rusting or any other issues. It looks nice when you see the MF logo on the tailpipes that implies you are cool and like dirty abbreviations!

Sounds Awesome
Put this on my '24 Ranger. Not too loud, just right. Wasn't sure at first, but this exhaust is good. Never had issues ordering from these guys.

Great
I use my 4runner for both commuting and weekend trips. This exhaust system is quiet enough for daily driving but with a nice rumble when I hit the trails. The fit is spot-on and the sound is just right. Satisfied with my order.

Great sound, easy install
Installed this exhaust myself in under two hours. The sound is perfect, not too loud but definitely more aggressive than stock, you can definitely hear it when you step on the gas.
