Warranty

CTR warrants its products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 24 months or 24,000 miles. The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered.

The warranty is granted to the end-user and applies to products which are purchased, installed, and used for the purposes for which they are originally designed. This warranty covers defects arising under normal use and does not cover malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or incorrect maintenance.

During the warranty period, CTR will repair or replace, at no charge, a product that is defective in materials or workmanship. CTR reserves the right to either repair or replace a defective component at its discretion and reserves the right to substitute an equivalent product under the terms of this warranty.

Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act:

Just like OEM

This ball joint was the same as the OEM joints that were in my 2004 Trailblazer. Box says made in Korea. The originals were still good, even the boots after 120,000 miles, but since I had already purchased them and I had the steering knuckle off, I replaced them anyway. These are exactly like the OEM joints, no retaining clips like the aftermarket one. You have to pean (not difficult) the lip on the back of the ball joint after you press it in to retain it. This is exactly how the OEM joints were installed.

Fit my 2004 Trailblazer perfectly, seem to be of good quality. The package says made in Korea.
