Reman CV Axle Shaft by Cardone®. Cardone Reman has extensive experience in testing and engineering CV Drive Axles – we’ve spent over two decades analyzing materials and processes to arrive at a superior, longer-lasting product. Cardone Reman Engineered Technology is their proprietary method of arriving at a product that meets O.E. performance standards. 100% Neoprene boots are designed with additional bellows, when needed, to resist bellow stress and ozone cracking, the leading cause of boot failure. Additionally, all CV Drive Axle shafts are individually verified for straightness, resulting in vibration-free performance at all speeds.

Cardone Technology ensures that all CV axles meet or exceed O.E. form, fit and function. 100% Neoprene boots are designed with additional bellows to resist bellow stress and ozone cracking, the leading cause of boot failure. Boot clamps are pneumatically crimped creating a perfect seal between the boot and housing. High quality grease withstands high-temperature and high-torque demands to ensure long-lasting, reliable performance. A new axle nut is supplied with every unit for hassle-free installation, as the old nut on the vehicle is typically worn or stripped. Splines are precision rolled to ensure proper fit of axle into the mating hub and transmission, which eliminates installation hassles. Threads are precision rolled to ensure proper fit when axle nut is installed. Transmission seal diameter is precision-machined after heat treatment to ensure correct surface finish, promoting long seal life. Axle is measured 100% after assembly to ensure proper fit.

Axle Is Good Quality
Product packaging was good. It was double boxed and foam insulated. The package did miss the mail-back paperwork, but CARiD sent that to me easily. The product itself is as expected. OEM quality from what I could tell. I just replaced it due to a torn boot so it wasn't that much of a difference. Overall good experience.

Good But Not Great!
Product looked very good when inspected and installed very easy! Was very satisfied till I started hearing a clicking sound 4 days after installation.

Not the Best CV Shafts
These cv shafts will surface rust immediately after installation, the boots have less bellows than the factory versions come with. When the boots fail then obviously the rest of the cv joint will fail shortly after. Go factory or go high performance.
