As one of the major luxury vehicle manufacturers in the U.S. and one of the oldest automakers in the world, Cadillac constantly works on keeping its lineup fresh, and potential buyers and spirited driving enthusiasts interested. To stay relevant in the compact luxury sedan segment, in 2019, the company introduced the Cadillac CT4. The car is available in Luxury, Premium Luxury, Sport, and high-performance V-Series variants. The highest trim level features an exclusive package of outstanding Cadillac CT4 accessories and parts able to meet and exceed expectations of even the most demanding drivers. The new Cadillac CT4 is based on the same GM Alpha platform as the outgoing ATS with standard RWD and available AWD option and bears lots of its visual cues in the exterior design.

The Cadillac CT4 is created to compete with European cars in the entry-level luxury sedan segment. The CT4 is four inches longer, an inch narrower, and an inch taller than its predecessor, the ATS. The Cadillac CT4-V, the entry-level performance sedan with enhanced track capabilities, was unveiled in May 2019 in Detroit. V-Series vehicles come with their trademark mesh grille, more aggressive bumpers, darkened exterior trim accents, quad exhaust tips, rear spoiler that besides aesthetic function also helps increase the grip of the rear tires, special 18-inch light alloy 10-spoke wheels, and other stylish exterior accessories.

Inside, the V-Series sedan comes with a unique instrument cluster, and advanced Super Cruise technologies from Cadillac allowing for partially autonomous hands-free driving on limited access highways all over North America. The new performance Cadillac CT4 is powered by a 2.7-liter turbo I4 engine featuring a proprietary sliding camshaft technology and producing 320 hp. The powerplant is coupled with a 10-speed Hydra-Matic gearbox. The suspension on RWD CT4 comes equipped with an active, magnetically adjustable shock absorber system of the fourth generation, while AWD cars feature ZF passive axle dampers. Both variants are fine-tuned to provide great comfort without sacrificing maneuverability and race-car-like responsiveness.

All the parts were meticulously designed and carefully produced with the use of the latest manufacturing technologies to ensure their long service life and safe and enjoyable driving experience in daily commute trips and occasional visits to the track. The new sedan is perfectly balanced to provide improved stability and control at high speeds. It is assembled in GM’s facility in Lansing, Michigan.
