Product Details

ABS Control Module by Bosch®. In critical driving situations, e.g. on a wet or slippery road, or if the driver is startled or shocked, the wheels can become locked when braking. This makes it impossible to steer the vehicle. The anti-lock braking system (ABS) detects incipient locking of one or more wheels at an early stage and selectively reduces the braking pressure. This ensures that the driver can avoid obstructions even with full braking and can brake the vehicle and bring it to a stop safely and quickly.

Warranty

Bosch warranty is 12 months on all products except for starters and alternator, which are 24 months.

The warranty is granted to the end-user and applies to products which are purchased, installed, and used for the purposes for which they are originally designed. This warranty covers defects arising under normal use and does not cover malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or incorrect maintenance.

During the warranty period, Bosch will repair or replace, at no charge, a product that is defective in materials or workmanship. Bosch reserves the right to either repair or replace a defective component at its discretion and reserves the right to substitute an equivalent product under the terms of this warranty.
