Product Details
Oxygen Sensor Wire Harness Extension Kit (1119) by BBK®. Installing Full length, long tube headers will locate the O2 sensors further away from the engine and the factory wire harness. These wire harness extensions will enable the sensors to be easily connected to the vehicle harness without the need for splicing or fabrication of any kind. These extensions are sold in pairs and feature factory connectors for a simple plug-in installation.
The O2 sensor bungs on full length, long tube headers are usually in the header collectors, locating the sensors much farther rearward than the stock locations, and you'll quickly see that the factory O2 sensor wire harnesses won't reach. Before you resort to fabricating a harness or splicing into the factory harness, get this O2 Sensor Wire Harness Extension Kit.
The kit includes a pair of extensions with factory connectors that will plug right in to your sensors and the factory harness. They'll work on 3 wire and 4 wire applications, however some connectors may require the small directional location tabs to be removed on the ends of the connectors to click into place. Both extensions are also encased in heat protective sleeves to prevent damage.
The O2 Sensor Wire Harness Extension Kit is backed by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, as long as the product was installed according to BBK guidelines.
