GMC CK Pickup Sierra with Air Conditioning, Power Steering, Late Model Chassis, Tubular Exhaust Manifold System and without Smog Injection or Injection Heads 1990, Standard Duty Mild Steel Mid-Length Tube Exhaust Headers by Hedman Hedders®. Color: Silver. Header Style: Mid-Length Tube. The standard-duty Hedman Hedders come from the factory with an extremely durable, protective ceramic-metallic coating. Hedman Hedders, pioneered the use of ceramic-metallic coatings, back in the early 80's.

Previously used exclusively in the aerospace industry, Hedman Hedders recognized it's potential for improving both the lifespan, and functionality of exhaust headers.

Hedman's Standard-duty, Uncoated Headers are manufactured using 18 gauge, mandrel bent primary tubes (some models built using thicker 16 or 14 gauge tubing), and 1/4 flanges (some models use 3/8" flanges).

The factory black paint applied to uncoated headers is not hi-temp, and is for pre-installation protection only. For the ultimate in protection against the elements, we suggest Hedman's Original HTC coating.
