About Saab 9-4X

    Company Saab produced the first crossover - 9-4X. The new 9-4X model is based on the GM Theta Premium platform. The vehicle is entirely designed by the Swedish auto manufacturer though the production is fully controlled by the Detroit automaker.

    Base 9-4X crossover gets a 265-horsepower 3.0-liter V6 with direct injection and either front or AWD. FWD model can reach 60 mph mark in about 7.9 seconds. The average fuel consumption is 20 mpg. 9-4X Aero with 2.8T V6, produces 300hp. The engine is fitted with the six-speed automatic transaxle and is capable to run the vehicle to 60 mph in 7.7 seconds with AWD.
