Infiniti Q60 Accessories & Parts

About Infiniti Q60

To further expand Infiniti's presence in the premium automotive sector, the company developed a new nomenclature strategy, which has been applied to the complete product range since the 2014 model year. As part of that brand-wide renaming strategy, the G37 Coupe and the G37 Convertible adopt the Q60 Coupe and the Q60 Convertible monikers respectively. Otherwise unchanged, the Infiniti Coupe remains a sharp-looking offering whose professionally crafted parts work in unison for excellent performance, while exclusive accessories underline its uniqueness. Its basic design dates to the 2008 model year, but it doesn't look its age and continues to be pleasing to the eye thanks to its crisp lines and well-proportioned coupe-like styling. The Q60 Coupe not only looks great, but also offers the highest possible level of safety behind the wheel. The car features 4-wheel ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) enhanced by Brake Assist developed to apply the maximum braking power needed to prevent a collision. It is also available with the Preview Braking function that detects a rapidly slowing vehicle ahead and prepressurizes the braking system in anticipation of emergency braking by using the Intelligent Cruise Control sensors. In addition, the Electronic Brake force Distribution (EBD) function adjusts the amount of brake force applied to rear and front wheels improving braking.

The Q60 also offers all the benefits of the exclusive Infiniti Advanced Air Bag System (AABS.) It includes dual-stage front supplemental air bags with seat belt, occupant-classification sensors which set their inflation rate depending on seat belt usage and crash severity, roof-mounted curtain side-impact air bags that protect front and outboard rear passengers in case of a certain side collision, and seat-mounted side-impact air bags designed to move with the seat maintaining ideal positioning at all times. For the 2014 model year, the Infiniti Q60 is available in three trim levels: Journey, AWD, and 6MT. To provide effortless power, all Q60 models are powered by a 3.7-liter V6 engine making 330 HP and 270 lb-ft of torque and feature an exclusive VVEL (Variable Valve Event and Lift) technology, which automatically adjusts valve lift and timing for better response and broader torque curve, while ensuring exceptional fuel economy and lower emissions. Except for the 6MT trim level, Q60 models have a smooth seven-speed automatic transmission with available magnesium paddle shifters and downshift rev matching. The 6MT version leaves the factory with a close-ratio six-speed manual. Performance-oriented, the 6MT boasts uprated brakes, a sport-tuned suspension, and limited-slip differential.

The AWD trim level offers inspired confidence thanks to the Infiniti Intelligent All-Wheel Drive (AWD) system, which provides power when and where you need it most, while continuously adapting to changing conditions. By constantly monitoring throttle position, vehicle speed, and wheelspin, the AWD automatically diverts up to 50% of power to the front wheels improving traction and control in severe conditions. If all-wheel drive isn’t needed, it sends all power to the rear wheels to ensure more responsive road performance. Based on the Q60 Coupe, the Infiniti Q60 Convertible was specially designed for those who like to drive with the top down. Whether the top is up or down, this car captivates and provides a refined atmosphere thanks to its luxurious interior which combines Silk Obi aluminum accents with supple leather appointments. It uses a special three-piece "clamshell" retractable hardtop, which allows for both a low trunk lid and a stylish shorter rear overhang. As a result, the car has a classic coupe-like silhouette when the top is up. The automatic top opening/closing sequence takes approximately 30 seconds from start to finish.

The Q60 Convertible is offered in two trim levels: Q60 Convertible and Q60S Convertible 6MT. While the first version features a controlled 7-speed automatic transmission with available magnesium paddle shifters, the latter one offers a responsive close-ratio 6-speed manual transmission for those who like to have both feet involved in the driving experience. The Q60S Convertible 6MT also offers all the benefits of a sport-tuned steering. Both models are powered by the 3.7-liter V6 engine with VVEL (Variable Valve Event and Lift) technology rated at 325 HP. The Q60 family is constantly growing offering new models such as Q60S Coupe Limited 6MT, Q60S Coupe Limited (for 2015) and colors such as Majestic White and Hagane Blue (also for 2015).
