H2.1 Series™ DD Configuration Cargo Rack System (H3302DD02B) by Vantech®. Material: Aluminum. Finish: Black. The DD configuration utilizes a 40 degree angled faceplate for both the front and rear end. The angled front faceplate acts as a wind foil, and reduces drag as well as wind noise when traveling. It also channels air over and around any low profile cargo like ladders and folding tents. The rear angled faceplate reduces drag and wind noise by allowing air to pass over and around it in a smoother fashion. It should be noted that both the front and rear end can be installed upside down in order to turn the entire system into a large roof basket.
Crossbars are also extruded aluminum and has built-in channels on both top and bottom along the length of the cross bar with opening in middle for easier accessory installation. Rubber U-handles are installed on the front of the cargo rails to aid with loading and unloading of material and wind noise reduction. Rear U-Handles have a roller for easy loading and unloading. For vehicle load capacity read the factory manual for your vehicle's weight load specifications.
The Vantech H2.1 aluminum cargo rack system does not require drilling for installation. The system is secured to factory mounting points on the Cargo Van. This H2.1 Rack System is constructed from extruded aluminum. The cargo rail also has a built-in channel to allow additional accessories along the side. Cross bars are also extruded aluminum and has built-in channels on both top and bottom to allow for additional accessories such as adjustable guides, conduit carriers and others. U-Handles are installed on both front and rear of cargo rails to assist in loading, off loading and reduction of wind noise. U-Handles with roller ability is installed on the rear of cargo rail to assist in loading and to prevent damage to rear of vehicle.
