The TSW company, which stands for Tiger Sports Wheels, was established in the mid-1960s by the former Formula One driver. The founder invited former colleagues and talented specialists in the motorsports sphere to create high-performance light alloy custom wheels for the aftermarket. Today, the company owns patents on several manufacturing techniques allowing to make their rims stronger while keeping them as light as possible. One of such revolutionary techniques is rotary forging which involves rotating a heated aluminum alloy billet at high speed. The high pressure and temperature change the molecular structure of the alloy making it stronger.
