Truck Bed Cargo Nets

A pickup truck bed is made for hauling cargo. But just as you wouldn’t pack items loosely in a cardboard box for shipping and expect them to get safely to the recipient, you can’t just load your gear in the bed, shut the tailgate, and assume it will be intact when you arrive at your destination. Cargo must be secured in the bed to prevent damage and ensure it doesn’t get lost during the journey, and we have the cargo nets for the job. And if your cargo must be protected or concealed while it’s being hauled, we also have cargo covers.

Tie-down straps are the go-to means of securing gear for many truck owners, and they’re ideal for heavy stuff like dirt bikes and ATVs because the strap tension can be set to prevent shifting and there are plenty of attachment points on the cargo for the hooks. But if you’ve got a lot of cargo to haul at one time then trying to secure it with individual tie-downs can be impractical, and many items like boxes aren’t conducive to tie-down strap attachment, or they can be damaged by pressure when tie-down straps are tensioned.

Cargo nets are the answer when you’ve got a number of items to secure, especially if they are of different shapes and sizes, or where it would be too difficult or impossible to secure each item individually. Cargo nets come in a range of dimensions, so you can get a net that will cover your entire bed and smaller nets for confining cargo to a portion of the bed. Cargo nets are commonly constructed from lengths of heavy-duty shock cord that are connected together to form a grid or web, with multiple hooks for attachment to the bed floor and/or sides. The cord stretches to keep cargo in place without applying excessive pressure that could cause damage. And if the spaces in the grid or webbing of a standard cargo net are too large we also have fine grid nets and rip-proof mesh nets.

If you want more control over your cargo we also offer adjustable nets that allow you to set the tension. These include corded cargo nets with adjustable hooks and nets with nylon webbing similar to tie-down straps. The grid pattern webbing of the latter is secured with hooks attached to straps that are tensioned with cambuckles. When not in use, cargo nets compress into small, easy to store bundles, so even if you have a regular cab truck, you can easily store one or two nets behind the seat, where they’re ready to go when needed. Cargo nets are also useful for retaining gear on roof racks and trailers. They generally come with attaching hooks but we also offer hooks separately if you want extras or replacements, as well as D-rings that can be installed in the truck bed for cargo net attachment.

However, if you’re going to haul cargo that could be damaged by the elements, or want to conceal your payload, then you need a cargo cover. Think of a cargo cover as a tonneau cover that can be installed in just seconds when needed, and just as quickly removed when it’s not. It comes with clips and bungee corded hooks that allow attachment to a variety of truck beds and trailers with sides. The weather resistant cargo cover fits all 6 ½ ft. beds and most 8 ft. beds, and it comes with its own storage pouch so it can easily be stowed away when not in use. With a cargo cover you can protect your gear from fading and moisture damage, and obscure it from prying eyes, but it’s also ideal for keeping loose cargo like brush from blowing out of the bed.

D Ring Purchase
Product itself was excellent and we liked the service, but the cost with shipping far exceed local purchase even after it was reduced.

Great Add Ins
I ordered 2 pair of these hooks for my 2015 Silverado 2500hd. With having a bed box it was hard to use the front 2 factory hooks, and i wanted more spots to tie from. These look good and are very easy to install. I have a spray in bed liner and these match the coloring and look. Very pleased with how they are performing.
