Tension Pulley Spanner Wrench by Schley Products®. Design allows for the easy Adjustment of the camshaft spur belts having idler pulleys with pin holes. In operation, This spanner wrench with its protruding pins, grips the center of the idler pulley and rotates it around its off-center retaining bolt. This rotation then allows for camshaft spur belt tension adjustment.

Great product! Fast shipping, ordered from Canada and was surprised to find out that I had to pay not only for shipping also import fees. Might of been cheaper to buy here? But overall great product! Great company, highly recommended!
