SCAT warrants each product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase, provided that the product is properly installed and subjected to normal use and service. SCAT’s warranty will not cover products that have been altered or improperly used with other manufacturers’ products, damaged because of customer (or installer) negligence or used for racing and/or competition purposes.

All product warranties are limited to replacing or repairing any part or parts returned to SCAT, which upon SCAT’s inspection, are determined to be defective. Customer is responsible for paying freight on any products returned to SCAT. Warranty covers only the product itself, not labor, towing or other perceived damages. The warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.
