Vehicle & Parts Protection
The Saturn Relay was a family vehicle from the GM Company. The Relay was a 7-seat vehicle equipped with 3.5l V6 engine producing power over 200hp, which came off in 2 modifications: 2WD and 4WD drive. The model was also available with such unique auto parts, as the power sliding doors. It was equipped with four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes, and OnStar system with one-year Safe&Sound support was included into the standard package as well. The car was equipped with front airbags, while side airbags were offered optionally. The saloon was roomy, so there would be no problem with the space, even for seven people.
A renewed version of the Saturn Relay was released in 2006. The model was equipped with a V6 engine producing 201hp and with 4-speed automatic transmission. This version had side airbags included in the standard package. Every Relay standard package also included DVD entertainment system along with OnStar support. Remote engine starting and navigational system were added into the optional package.
Convenience Relay package included driver-side power doors, ultrasonic parking assist and a second row side-impact airbags. The engines supplying Relays were both powerful and economical, with the fuel economy of 18mpg in the city and 25mpg on the highway. In 2007 NHTSA tested Saturn Relay and gave it 4 stars for the installed safety systems. After the production of the Relay and Relay parts was discontinued, the model was replaced with the 2008 SUV Saturn Outlook.
Minivans don't always have to be boring, and the Saturn Relay is the proof. The Relay crosses minivan sensibilities with crossover style, eliminating the run-of-the-mill traits that are synonymous with the more 'domesticated' type of vehicles. Backed by a zippy brand of performance, a welcoming and comfortable interior spread, and a host of cutting-edge amenities, the Relay has made some noise. There is no disputing the fact that minivans are usually more associated with coolers and shopping bags. But the Relay is the exception, showcasing unique sass and capability that most in its field can't compete with. That's why this vehicle deserves only the best accessories!
