What makes Rubicon Extreme-Duty leaf springs better than many other springs on the market? Our springs are made with the highest-grade steel available in the industry. We use bolt style clamps to hold the packs together that maximizes flex instead of inexpensive fold-over style clamps that bind. Each leaf is diamond cut to reduce the friction area between the stacked leafs, then tapered providing softer initial compression and optimum ride quality. A Teflon pad is then installed between each layer to again, reduce friction and minimize noise.
