Purchased this so that I could go from the 17x4.5 bolt pattern to the 17x5 bolt pattern for new wheels I had put on my Jeep with the 5" bolt pattern. Product is sturdy built, but did not come with any installation instructions. I had to download those off the your website. The 1/2'' lock washers must be built in China, as they were just a little too small for the bolts on my existing mount, so I had to go to Lowes to purchase 3 lock washers, and one 1/2" fine thread nut that was also missing from the package. It mounts up pretty quickly once you have the parts you need. It doesn't say that you also need the Rugged Ridge 3rd light spacer, if you want to use your existing 3rd brake light. I found this out when I put the spare tire up on the mount and it covered the light. So I had to order that which was another cost to the mix. Hopefully it will fit when it comes in. All in all I give it a fine, due to missing parts, and no instructions,
