Romik® 91382319 - 6.5" ROB Series Black Running Boards

The running boards look great on the passenger side of our 2019 Mercedes Sprinter. The driver side is not mountable due to what seems like the wrong mounting brackets included with the package. The front mount on the passenger side also seems to be different than what is in the instructional photos. This has led to a less stable standing place on the front at the passenger door. Finally, the instructions were difficult to follow as they simply showed a close up photo of where the piece was to be mounted. You need to hunt under the vehicle to find the area they intend the mount to go. Should be easier.

I received the runningboards very quickly and they were exactly as advertised. Unfortunately no instructions for installation were included. After contacting Romik customer service the installation was fine. I like the running boards and can recommend them.

The kit arrived in two boxes on two separate days. This was ok since I could not install it for a week. The installation instructions were only the basics and could have been made clearer. My issue was that the installation pictures showed the brackets with the front of the car shown, only to discover it was backwards. I had to swap sides to make the bolt holes line up. The second issue was that the vertical straight brackets, the slotted hole that bolts to the large bracket, were too small for the large supplied bolt. I had to drill out the holes to 1/2" because that is the next size drill bit I had up from 3/8". The running boards come with six bolts in two tracks, of which only 4 bolts can be bolted down to the brackets. The only way to remove the extra bolts from the track is to remove the end caps. I chose to leave them in place and tighten them down near the front bracket. The running boards look like they can be used on either side, so there is no left or right that I could tell. So, the ROMIK badge ended up on the back end of the car. Other than these issues, they went on ok and look good. They will help my wife now have a step to get into the car more easily. I hope Romik reads this and improves the directions for the specific vehicles and ensures all bracket holes are the proper size to make the kit truly a bolt-in installation.

Best running boards hands down. 100% perfect fitment with no drilling holes, and no modifications. Bracket are much heavier than I expected. Next accessory I need I will see if Romik offers it before looking anywhere else.

I ordered a set of ROMIK RB2 Running Boards for my Wife's NEW 2025 TRAVERSE LT. Very reasonable price compared to other retailers! CARiD shipped them via FED X and they arrived on time and in great condition. Installation was a breeze. All hardware was included. very sturdy steel brackets I am 75 years old and installation only took approximately 2.5 hours! (I take a lot of COFFEE breaks since I retired!) They look great and my wife is extremely happy with her new running boards!

Great looking, easy to install, strong

The board looking good. But the installation is a little tricky. It took me 4 hours and rear bracket screws was a little short. Hopefully it will hold up

Why don't Audi just put these on from factory. I put a cargo box on my 2025 Q7 for road trips and without these boards it was a damn struggle. They don't stick out, just blend in nice w the black trim. Good buy.

I bought the Romik running boards and had them installed a week ago. They not only look nice, but it makes my Ridgeline Truck look "beefier". They really make it easier getting into the truck.
