Product Details

Premium Clutch Cable by RhinoPac®. Keep your clutch working smoothly with a new cable by RhinoPac. It provides just the right amount of tension to engage and disengage the clutch effectively so you can shift smoothly and enjoy a secure ride for many miles down the road.

A worn clutch cable can bind and cause a hard pedal condition or stretch and cause shifting problems, and of course, a broken cable will not allow the clutch to disengage at all. A RhinoPac replacement clutch cable will restore smooth clutch operation for precise shifting. RhinoPac cables feature OE style end fittings, exact inner and outer cable length, and include cable brackets where required.

Perfect Fit
This master and slave, pre-bled, was just what the doctor ordered. Easy to install, and no bleeding. For a 2002 Dodge Dakota, 3.9L.

Good Product, But Caution
Very easy to uninstall the old and install the new. My caution to you: do not put any pressure on the hydraulic system at all until all parts are in place. I had to remove the old hydraulic cylinder with the clutch pedal push rod still installed. Therefore, I thought the new push rod needed to be installed before installing the system. When trying to do this, I did not have the slave cylinder (with the push rod restraining strap) installed in the clutch housing. I did not put much pressure on the clutch pedal push rod, but it was enough to break the slave cylinder retaining strap which rendered the system unusable because it then got air in the system. Install the slave cylinder, install the clutch pedal cylinder (these are twist in-twist out), install the reservior. THEN, attach the clutch pedal push rod to the clutch pedal and position it to mate with the clutch pedal cylinder. Holding the push rod with one hand, push the clutch pedal with the other. When the clutch pedal push rod seats in its cylinder, it will also break the slave cylinder push rod retaining strap and all will be right with the world. Once installed, it has worked as advertised.
