    Product Details

Engine Coolant Recovery Tank by Replace®. With Engine Oil Cooler. Coolant recovery tanks can crack and leak coolant, and also become discolored from contaminated coolant. Most recovery tanks are translucent, with fill indicators on the side of the tank, so discoloration may make it hard to judge the coolant level. Whatever the defect, if you're in need of a replacement tank don't pay the high price at the dealer when you can get an OE quality replacement at a great value from Replace.

The coolant recovery tank is part of a sealed cooling system. When hot coolant expands and exceeds the capacity of the radiator, the excess coolant flows into the recovery tank. When the engine cools, coolant is drawn by vacuum back into the radiator. The recovery tank is usually marked with a "Full Cold" indicator, which leaves a lot of space for excess coolant when it's hot.

In the past if you needed a coolant recovery tank you had to pay for an expensive replacement from the dealer. Today you can fix your car or truck properly and have money left in your pocket with a new quality replacement recovery tank from Replace. Replace offers OE quality recovery tanks at less than original equipment prices. You get the same quality part that you'd get at the dealer without the high dealer price. A Replace recovery tank will look, fit and function just like a recovery tank from the dealer, so the cooling system in your car or truck will perform properly. Replace recovery tanks are designed using the latest software so they exactly replicate the OE units, then they're manufactured using the most modern tooling, so the end product looks, fits and functions exactly as designed.

Repairing your car or truck is expensive enough without paying more than necessary for quality parts. A Replace recovery tank is the sensible alternative to the high dealer price markup. A Replace recovery tank will get your car or truck operating perfectly again, without breaking the bank. Replace is so confident in the quality of its parts that they're backed by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which the part is installed.

    Coolant Confidence Restored
After noticing some coolant leakage, I opted for this Replace reservoir. I am thoroughly impressed by the quality and fit. It was a direct replacement for my 2012 Acura TL, and since then, my coolant system has been working flawlessly. Highly recommend for those in need!

    Cracked on Rough Roads
The reservoir cracked after some rough road trips. It fit well initially but didn't hold up as I expected.

    Sufficient, But Not Exceptional
It's a sufficient replacement for the OEM reservoir. Does the job, though I wish the plastic was a bit more robust.

    Economical but Adequate
As a car enthusiast, I replaced the coolant reservoir on my Galant myself. While the plastic doesn't feel premium, it's held up well and was surprisingly easy to install. For the price, it's a practical choice, though not the most durable.

    Stress-Free Maintenance Upgrade
This reservoir made checking and maintaining coolant levels much easier. The installation was straightforward, but the plastic could be thicker for more confidence in durability.

    Reliable and Affordable Replacement
I bought this for my Sportage after the original reservoir cracked. Wasn't expecting much for the price, but I'm pleasantly surprised. It fit perfectly, no hassle with installation, and it's been holding up great. Definitely a good buy for anyone on a budget.
