Replace® - 3.5L DOHC Remanufactured Complete Engine

Needed a new engine for my truck and it was a real task to find something compatible with my model. Finally saw it at CARiD. It is pricey. Already have it installed and so far it's working great! I would say this engine is even better then the factory one - it is made to last! Hope it will work in future.

Engine arrived in a black plastic crate, that is used for the core return. I had never changed an engine before, this is definitely the way to go if you need a new engine. Once the engine was in, it started on the first crank and has run great so far.

Well I was very impressed at how fast I got my engine it all looked brand new installation was straight forward and relatively easy if you are mechanically inclined. However when I purchased the engine the description said it came only with the oil pump assembly, when it arrived it was also shipped with a full gasket kit. I wish I had known it came with all that because I would not have spent an extra $300 on gasket kits but it’s ok it just left me with a bunch of spares. Overall extremely satisfied with my new reman engine.

I bought the engine a year ago and have had zero issues with it. The inclusion of a new pcv and pcv plate were nice additions. It was also nice that the motor came already set in time. As well as coming with almost everything to install the engine including injector seals, intake manifold gasket, exhaust gasket and every other gasket you could need. The only things not included was the oil pan, valve cover, and water pump. Since owning I've put a little more than 10k miles on it of mixed highway and city driving. My car has a couple aftermaket parts and a tune (nothing crazy/stock turbo) and the engine has held up just fine 10/10 .

The whole engine and box it came in was very clean no damage, and they did a very good job on the motor. Very smooth running engine. Nice and clean, with plenty of power. Was very easy to install. I did it in 5 hours.

My motor was shipped in a timely fashion, professionally packaged,and priced competitive.

It came as promised but it shipped near 3 weeks after the estimated ship date and I had to call time and time again before it actually shipped.

The product arrived very quickly - earlier than promised. My installer had no trouble installing the motor in my son's car and the processing of the return of the core was very quick and straight forward. I order a lot of parts online for my cars and this was an excellent experience.

I'm very pleased with the choice of CARiD.COM and highly recommend this site. I'm just waiting now for my rebate. Thank you, Cynthia McCall.
