Product Details

Universal Black Powder Coat Mounting Bracket Covers (RB-BKC6) by Raptor Series®. Material: Thermoplastic Rubbet. Includes 6 covers. Transform the appearance of your Raptor Series Slide Track Running Boards with the new Raptor Series Slide Track Bracket Covers. These covers are designed to install with all Raptor Series slide track brackets and are easily trimmed to fit to your liking. Raptor Series bracket covers give you a clean finished look. The heavy duty thermoplastic rubber is designed to last in all elements and will help protect your powder coated steel brackets from snow, rain, mud, and the harsh elements of the road, prolonging the life of your brackets. Installing the covers is as simple as placing the covers over the top of your brackets and an additional cover along the flange. Trimming may be required for the covers to fit properly to your exact application. Once the bracket covers are installed, you will simply install your running boards onto your brackets and use the existing hardware.

Raptor Series 5"
Love the running boards! The only thing I changed was they sent all the hardware in Zinc. I changed all the hardware to stainless steel. I thought it would be better to have something that wouldn't rust seeing as they are exposed to continues amount of water and abrasion.

Excellent
Just bought these for my truck. I received within 3 days of ordering. The running boards are super light, that I can even handle them myself. The bolts run along a track, instead of pre-drilled holes, so you get perfect fit. They were easy to install and they feel secure. They are plastic so they will never rust. Even though they are plastic I feel they will support my weight. They look great!

Great Looking Steps, Easy Installation
Placed my order with CARiD, and the steps shipped the next day! Pleasantly surprised given the COVID-19 shut downs everywhere. Free shipping and the steps arrived in two days. Product arrived in perfect condition. Read the instructions, popped the plastics inserts, hand fit the brackets, then the steps, leveled them out and tightened all the bolts. Only took me about 40 minutes and only needed a 13mm socket wrench for the installation. They go on easy and they look great! Very pleased with my purchase!

Solid Addition
Great looking style running boards. Very easy to install if you’re mechanically inclined. Lacking good instructions though but not rocket science. There’s a space on the truck for one more bracket that doesn’t come with the running boards. Just make sure you skip the third install spot on truck and use the last one. Makes steps much more solid. Sit a little lower than described by chat conversation. Still a great looking solid running board.

Tread Steps
The steps look nice, but end caps are a little chincy, could be molded on instead of riveted. Easy to install, everything was there(nuts&bolts}. I really like the looks of these steps.

Best Option in the Price Range
They look good, install easy (20 min), and have more functionality than the ones with actual steps. Had Raptor boards on both my old trucks, and now my current truck, and the next one will have the same. If you're thinking about getting them, you won't regret it! Gave it a 4 on quality because I feel the plastic to metal connection could have been a little better. 5 stars everywhere else!

Tread Steps
Received on time and my wife opened for Christmas yesterday and I opened today to plot installation and found that I did not receive supports listed in parts needed. The list says there is 3 of 2 different supports. I did receive the rest of the items.
