The starter didn't look like the one in this picture (color was all steel, and it didn't state it was a QB starter anywhere on it. So, I called and asked why there wasn't anything in the package including an invoice, and was told to trust CARiD, even though they first sent me a Branded TYC starter first. It looked new. It was easily installed after I removed all kinds of other items to enable installation, and I had to replace them afterwards, (not CARiD's fault). The price of the starter made it worth it. I would have been dumb enough to pay anywhere from $260 to $800 just for the starter if I purchased it from a parts store or dealer, or the mfg.
