QA1 warrants that the products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of sale to the original purchaser. QA1 makes no other warranty of any kind, express or implied. This is exactly the product I needed. I installed 2" drop spindles and a 4" flip kit on my 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab. I also have 22x40x305s which was causing some fender tire contact on the front with new napa shocks. The QA1s have 18 settings for firmness. I emailed QA1 who replied to set them at 8 clicks to start but that was still too soft so I set them at 12 and so far there has been no more fender rubbing. I may upgrade in the future to the ones that are double adjustable and you can set them for the up and down firmness separately. I also understand these can be rebuilt unlike any other shocks I've seen.
