When Pro Comp USA was founded in 1992, it was focused on developing suspension systems to fulfill the needs of the most demanding enthusiasts. From there, they branched out into other areas and pretty soon Pro Comp could be found on shocks, tires, and wheels too. Pro Comp never lost sight of the fact that they were first a suspension systems manufacturer, and the brand continues to come up with new innovations in suspension systems.

On the performance front, Pro Comp has continuously come up with new innovations that allow for lighter and stronger wheels. Aside from that, the brand has also launched a line of wheels in partnership with Metal Mulisha that are the street variants of professional racing wheels and have intricate and yet aggressive designs. After the initial 'Metal Mulisha wheel' they launched was such a stunning success, it spawned off an entire offshoot brand of wheels along with other aftermarket Pro Comp truck parts. When it comes to tires, there are Pro Comp XTerrain. Xtreme MT2, Xtreme A/T, and Xtreme Trax tires.
