All parts are guaranteed to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship when used under normal conditions for a period of one year from the date of the original consumer purchase. This limited warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use of the product. Pioneer neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any other liability. In no event will Pioneer be liable for any punitive, indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages, including claims for labor charges, loss of transportation or use, loss of revenue, or physical injury or property damage. To the extent permitted by law, Pioneer disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
