Yellow Tow Hook
I ordered the universal tow hook for my 2009 Lexus Es350 and when it came it didn’t even come close to fitting my Lexus. The product was a quality hook but, no fit. I know it’s my fault because there were two hooks advertised but your suggestion was to measure the hole the hook was to be used in and order accordingly. Well, if you have ever examined a Lexus you know there is no way to get any kind of a measuring devise back in that hole. It is buried around 7-8 inches back behind the grill and the bottom of the car is sealed too. No way an 80 year old man could follow your recommendation. I screwed up and took a chance and ordered the wrong one. It’s a good hook and your company shipped it in a very acceptable time. It was good doing business with you but you could have made the experience much better by having a place where you list the type and year of vehicle the hook would be used in so old goats like me don’t have to guess what size I should have ordered. Hope you have a good day and I’ll hang the hook in my garage as a reminder not to buy on the Internet again. A disappointed but not angry customer, Col. AK Greenwood (Retired).
