V2 Style Race Short Hub Adapter by NRG Innovations®. NRG Innovation has developed another complement to quick release steering kits. These units were designed specially so that an aftermarket steering wheel installed with the quick release kit still mounts in the same location, not too close to the driver. Made from the highest quality aluminum. Short Hubs are made to work with NRG quick release. The hub fits over the shaft, and it requires a quick release to perform the mount.
NRG spacers and adapters feature quality and durability that you won't find in another parts. If your race car is too cramped to climb in and out easily, a removable steering wheel can give you several more inches of clearance. NRG has a variety of quick-release steering wheel hubs to make the job effortless. Each unit is made from the highest quality aircraft grade aluminum and is anodized for the long-lasting and attractive finish. Patented locking mechanism ensures trouble free use. One piece solid construction provides the maximum in durability and usability.

Exactly What I Wanted
This was ordered with an NRG steering wheel and an OMP hub. They all fit together perfectly and the quick release is smooth. The quick release was a little heavier than I thought it would be, but I am not complaining, if anything I think that means it is better quality. The horn was easy to hook up and it was a lot easier since it came with the connectors on the wires. NRG makes great parts for steering wheels. CARiD, shipped it fast, and always responded to my emails promptly. Would recommend CARiD and NRG to anyone looking for car parts.

I only received a rubber piece. No horn or bolts or adapter. I feel it was a waste of 43 bucks.

This Is Exactly What I Was Looking for
It is made out of good quality, you can never go wrong with NRG. I feel very confident having this on my car. The only thing I wish it came with is where the wires so the airbag won't come on and that's the only gripe I have because other kits that I seen come with it.
