More than 51 years have passed since the first Nissan Z-car was released. To this date, the automaker has kept expanding its lineup of racing cars with new models built to be strong contenders on the track and comfortable to drive on the road. During the above-mentioned period of time, more than 40 Z-cars hit the market. The Nissan 400Z is the latest model in the Z lineup that proudly carries its legacy of power and performance into the modern era. Notably, the new vehicle isn’t offered across the pond. On the outside, it features a number of parts and accessories that can be found in the best past Z-cars. For instance, the car sports headlights that look similar to those of the 240Z. At the back, you will find 300ZX-inspired tail lights and a lower bumper which looks like that on the GT-R Nismo. More or less, the 2021 model has a good-looking appearance that can be further improved with Nissan 400Z accessories and parts from the aftermarket.
The newbie hit the market as a hardtop coupe. However, a convertible version is expected to join the lineup at a later date. On the powertrain side, the car has a twin-turbocharged V6 engine that can be found in the Infiniti Q60. That mill has a displacement of 3.0 liters and makes 300 horsepower. The high-performance Nismo model is rumored to be motivated by a bit more powerful version of that mill. It is said to be capable of producing up to 400 horsepower. Engine power is put to the ground via a standard six-speed manual transmission and rear-wheel drive. If you aren’t a fan of stick shift vehicles, you can have the 400Z with a seven-speed automatic.
Whatever version you opt for, all of its mechanical parts are professionally designed and precisely crafted to provide an exciting driving experience the Z-cars are globally known for. Inside, the car didn’t get any significant changes over the 370Z, the model it replaces. It is also offered as a two-seat coupe and features the same interior layout. However, its cabin was improved with more refined materials such as genuine leather. Seats are power-adjustable, so the occupants can alter the seat to best meet their needs and feel at their most comfortable. The cabin is adorned with a number of stylish accessories and details. Be that as it may, there is always room for improvement as is a variety of Nissan 400Z parts and accessories available on the market to choose from.
