The Mercedes EQA joins the automaker's already large portfolio of all-electric vehicles. They are part of the EQ subbrand dedicated exclusively to electric mobility, with the EQA serving as the starting point for the division's EV lineup. It wasn't designed to be a purely battery-powered vehicle from the ground up; instead, it uses an existing ICE platform adapted for the installation of an electric powertrain. Built on the GLA-Class subcompact SUV, the EQA is basically its fully electric equivalent offering just about the same traits, including high-end styling, confident performance, and generous equipment. If you're looking for additional Mercedes EQA accessories to turn it into your ideal daily driver or replacement parts to keep it in mint condition, you'll find the right products at reasonable prices here in our store.
The base EQA250 Sport has a single-motor setup that turns the front axle. With 188 hp and 277 lb-ft of torque, the motor is capable of accelerating the EV to 62 mph in 8.9 seconds and provides a top speed of 99 mph. There is also a more powerful AWD model whose dual-motor system pushes out 268 hp. Feeding the motor(s) is a 66.5-kWh lithium-ion battery pack that is claimed to offer a WLTP range of 264 miles in the case of FWD configuration. Fully replenishing the battery via AC charging with at least 11 kW will take up to 6 hours, while a 400-volt DC fast-charger can fill it to 80 percent in nearly 30 minutes.
While the EQA's exterior styling borrows heavily from the GLA, there are still some model-specific parts and accessories that set the electric crossover apart from its gas-powered sibling. The EQA has distinct front and rear end designs, featuring a fake grille, unique LED headlights with blue trim, distinct full-width tail lights, and aero-optimized wheels. The interior carries over from the GLA-Class almost entirely, except for the rose-gold detailing and other trim accents. The EQA offers slightly less room because of the battery pack under the seats. There are two 7-inch standard or 10.25-inch optional screens, one for the MBUX infotainment and one for digital gauges. Navigation is standard, and it's set up to show charging stations and suggest routes that are easier on the driving range. For those owners who want to personalize their crossover, choosing from aftermarket options is the easiest and most affordable way to go, with our Mercedes EQA parts and accessories selection offering the right products for any needs and preferences.
