Mercedes CL Class Performance Suspension

Introduced in 1992, the Mercedes CL Class was a 4-seat 2-door coupe, representing the ultimate in luxury, efficiency, and cutting edge technologies until 2013, when the series was replaced by the Mercedes S Class coupe. The CL Class was, alongside its sedan sibling S Class, the flagship of the German automaker. The first generation was powered by one of the most reliable Mercedes engines ever, the M119 5.0 L V8, while the body shape featured hard cuts typical of the period. With the second generation launched in 1998, the overall styling became more curvaceous while the coupe version received the most advanced technologies such as the Active Body Control (fully active suspension system). The third and last generation Mercedes CL came in 2006, top ranked in a segment that includes Ferraris, Aston Martins and Bentleys… A nice calling card indeed!
