Product Details

Oil Pump Pick-Up Tube & Screen by Melling®. A new Melling pick-up tube/oil screen assembly provides the lubrication oil as well as protection for your oil pump from materials that find their way into the engine oil supply system. Contaminates enter your oil system via engine wear, extended time between oil changes and other internal engine sources. These contaminates can interfere with the proper oil flow and pressure spring functions resulting in engine damage and/or failure. Melling suggests that a new properly installed oil pump pick-up tube/screen be a part of every oil pump installation. Several Melling oil pump applications are offered with an oil screen included.

Melling Replacement Parts (excluding water pumps) – 12 months.

Melling Replacement water pumps only – 36 months.

Melling High Performance Parts – no warranty (will replace for defect only).

This warranty does not apply to any product that has been altered, tampered with, such as taken apart, misused, subject to excessive operating conditions, malfunctions because of foreign particles such as engine dirt or pieces of other deteriorating components, products used in a vehicle that has been altered for other than intended purposes. Also, performance products are not covered under this warranty including products used for off-road or racing purposes.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR WARRANTY OF QUALITY, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT THE WARRANTY OF TITLE. I was looking for performance pump for a long time and this pump is just what I was looking for. I bought it for my Camaro and it gives much-needed oil volume for my vehicle application. Great quality oil pump, fits and works perfect, oil pressure is excellent, it was ease to install this pump. Oil pressure is excellent even on a high rpm. Would recommend and would buy again.
